Return Policy

value-ae.com offers a 15-day return policy. Your right to return begins from the moment your application is submitted. Items must be unopened and must be in their original packaging. You may return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense, with your invoice. We require that you send the product back to us by registered mail and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the product. This is necessary if the goods are lost or damaged. The customer is responsible for the shipping fee. The current right of return applies only to products returned in their full original condition. Any product that has been lost or damaged, not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been used after that.. just opened the product, it will not be refunded or returned. The above deadlines are in effect from the date the application is received.
